Omaha rebuy I winnnnn

Finally I win a poker tourney ....... a $2 Omaha rebuy on my i4poker poker site ....... unfortunately I have to go so I will write about it to-morrow.
............... Oh by the way I won 124 euro (not dollars on this site )

8th Again

This is getting repetitive ................ played my $5 omaha rebuy his morning came 8th ......... you are probably saying to yourself where did I read that before ........ also probably wondering what type of poker player am i seeing as i haven't won a tourney since i started this blog .............. well you can have that when you always miss the money ........... and then maby a couple of weeks where you make the money two , three or more times in a week .................. and another factor affecting my omaha tourney is the starting numbers is increasing ............ when i first started playing this tourney about a year ago you would be lucky if they were 15 players ....... now there is regularly between 40 and 50 ............. which affects the amount of times you are in the money.

Dealers Wanted

Now that sounds like a interesting job ............ came across a article on a Irish poker site where they are looking for people to train to be poker dealers ............. so I have E-mailed them to find out more .... as I would be interested in this as a part time job ........ so if you think this would be the perfect job for you as well stay posted or leave a comment

No Poker but a new page

No Poker to day but I have added a new page ........... so I can keep all my content separate and have only poker on my poker page.

No limit holdem cash

Also played a cash table while playing my omaha tourney, no limit holdem ........ finished up $4 again not much........ but for me anytime i come off a cash table with more than I started with that will do. Like all Limit holdem tables I played recently the play was loose , so I tryed to keep my game tight ............... I still had some bad beats but by keeping tight I won big pots when I did play and win.

What can I say my morning game of Omaha over again ,..... another 8th place...just outside the money again (top 5 get paid ) but it was a good game , no bad mistakes i can think of ..... had one lucky hand got 9,A,A,J ( DIDN'T THINK OF WRITING DOWN THE SUITS) I remember the A,J were suited....... the first player to act raises two times the big blind , the next couple of players fold , I reraise the pot limit ( To hopefully make the next two players fold , which happens) he reraises all in and I called, He has 9,A,A,Q ..........PRACTICALLY THE SAME HAND AS ME,..... I thought split pot ........flop came 5,10,Q nothing to worry about there, then came ...Q....... oh oh I'm in big trouble now he has trip Qs ...........There is not much I can hit to win this hand .....in fact I have to hit a 8 or a K ..........and guess what comes on the river a K , got out of that nicely and got a big pot of chips.

Addicted to Blog

Cant get away from this blogging, I thought i would set up a quick blog and that would be that.......but instead I'm spending so much time on it I'm not getting much else done.............. hopefully in a few days Ill have sorted all the things i want on my blog and i can get back to more poker related stuff till then bear with me

Figureing out feeds

Not playing any poker this morning , doing a bit of work on my blog ..........trying to set up a feed , but I'm finding it complicated .......................I started a blog on yahoo and i want to feed this blog over ......so anyone on yahoo can see what I'm up to.........................oh well Ill keep working on it

Wow I have spent hardly anytime playing poker , starting a blog has really taken up my time , and its not going to get much better next week......................my wife is working till 18.30 next week so i don't get to play much when she is on that shift. ..............................And to morrows St Patricks Day so I probably wont get near my computer at all.

Lost againnnnnnn

What bad luck , Lost a game of Americana again ............another of my regular games ....flopped A,A and raised,.. got reraised,... so i pushed all in .......he called with a pair of Jacks ,.....and guess what ,................he hit another Jack .............. hmmmmmmm .... ( I even made two pair ) not having much luck since I started blogging .

Well unfortunately didnt make the money had a bit of bad luck ...........finished 8th.... but played better to day so I wont complain , Thats the way it goes loose more games than you win , but make more than you loose .... probably get to play this game again Tuesday , Anyway Blog you later.

Well morning all.......... off to a better start in my game of omaha to day , survived the first hour and are now on a break .....im 6th out of 21......By the way if youre wondering im playing on Paddy power poker ....... which you can join up through the link on my web site... Another day over

Well thats me done for another day , not getting much poker in what with getting this blog up and running , but Ill get stuck in again in the next few days. I am just enjoying putting this to gether and all the work that gets done that dosent get shown , like all the analizing to see how many people visit the blog ,where they are from...................................So a big hello to Carlow to night most of my visitors to day were from there.
